My United ticket hasn't arrived
Tickets for week 1 and 2 have been posted. If you booked your ticket online recently, we are posting these out every other day, so give it a few more days. If you ticket gets stuck in the post and doesn't arrive, don't worry, the stewards will have your name on the gate, and you'll be directed to come to Customer Services on arrival and we’ll reprint your ticket.
If you lose your ticket or forget to bring it, again, come to Customer Services on arrival and we’ll reprint it for you (although there will be a charge of £4 per ticket I'm afraid which can be paid by cash or card).
If you’ve received your tickets but have since decided to transfer them onto someone else, you will need to bring the original ticket to CST, to have it transferred into another name. There will be a £5 fee for doing this. Tickets need to be like for like… i.e. if you transfer a ticket for a younger person, will are unable to refund the difference.
As of 31st May 2017 no refund for tickets purchased can be given.
