How can I be on Prayer Ministry team?

We want to ensure that everyone can be prayed for during the times of prayer ministry at NWLC 2026 in a way that is safe and consistent, so we ask that everyone who wants to be part of the team completes the Prayer Ministry training. This is part of our commitment to being a safe, kind and honourable space.

If you have completed the training within the last 12 months (such as at New Wine Festival 2025 as a team member or delegate, but not at NWLC 2025), your details will already be registered with us and you do not need to complete the training again. 

If you have not completed the training or have only completed it before NWLC 2025, your booking lead will be sent an email with an invitation to complete the training ahead of the conference. This will involve watching a short training video, reading New Wine's best practice guidelines and completing a short form.

Once the training is completed and upon arrival at NWLC, please come to the information desk where you will be able to pick up a prayer ministry wristband which will identify you as part of the team. The link to this training will be sent out nearer the time to everyone who has booked in.
