We can transfer tickets on a like-for-like basis (i.e. ticket type) up to the start of an event. If you need to upgrade a ticket or change the type, please email or call the New Wine office. Upgrades or changes may not always be possible and may face additional ticket and administration fees.
Please get in touch with us with all the details relevant to your booking and any new ticket owners to initiate a transfer or upgrade.
