At New Wine we know that additional needs are wide-ranging and we want to support those with additional needs and disabilities to enable everyone to join in with all that’s going on.
Venue Accessibility
Ramps and Lifts in the Welcome Building and Winter Garden allow step-free access around the venue and into the Congress Theatre. Disabled toilets are located around the venue and are marked on the map and venue signage.
Reserved seating is available for those with accessibility needs. If you or anyone in your group requires reserved seating, please email info@new-wine.org or call us on 020 4583 2935.
Parking
A limited number of disabled parking spaces are situated directly in front of the Devonshire Park Theatre, Compton St and in Devonshire Park Car Park, College Rd - a short walk from the Congress Theatre.
Programme Accessibility
The venue is fitted with an induction loop for hearing-aid users.
Strobe lighting will not be used. Moving lights may be used.
BSL interpretation is available during Keynotes and upon request for Breakouts. Please speak to Info to arrange this.
Live English Captioning is available.
