If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please get in touch with us at info@new-wine.org and one of our team will be able to help you.
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable, including any deposit paid as per our Terms and Conditions. All fees paid will be forfeited in the event of delegate cancellation – we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
There is no cost for ticket transfers, so we encourage you to transfer your tickets by contacting us with the new names and details of the ticket holders. Ticket transfers are only carried out on like-for-like basis (i.e. one adult for one adult ticket).
In person event tickets can not be exchanged for online event tickets and vice versa. We are unable to offer refunds in the event of changes to the programme or speakers.
