We recognise that attending New Wine Festival can pose a significant financial expense for individuals and families. Although there are high costs involved in putting on an event such as New Wine Festival, we try to do everything possible to keep our prices as low as we can.
We love to encourage churches to think about ways that they can support their local families who are struggling to afford to come. Several churches in our network who attend already support low-income families to attend through fundraising, 'pay it forward' schemes and church generosity.
We do also operate a limited number of central bursaries for those that are unable to access fundraising or 'pay it forward' schemes within their churches for:
- Carers (can be applied for by an individual)
- Medical Electric Hook-ups (can be applied for by an individual)
- Missionaries, or those involved full-time in missionary work in the UK (can be applied for by an individual)
- Refugees/Asylum Seekers
- Churches in Urban Priority Areas (as defined by CUF - https://cuf.org.uk/)
- Other groups and individuals who may need additional support (such as new Church Multiplication projects or communities where there is a low ability to fundraise)
To find out more about any bursary options and how to apply, please email info@new-wine.org. Most bursaries must be applied for by a church leader, staff or trustee (not an individual) except where specified, to ensure that all attending are supported by communities and churches whilst onsite.
