Firstly, please ensure that you submitted your team application form - you will have received a confirmation email from info@new-wine.org if you did this successfully.
Secondly, please check with both of your referee's that they have submitted a reference form for you. Also, please check that, if your team requires a DBS, this has been completed. Any questions, please look at our DBS FAQ's. For those under 18, please also check that your parent/guardian has completed the consent form.
If you believe everything for your application has been complete but you have not heard back, the likelihood is that your Team Leader hasn't yet processed your application or references. Please note, that our amazing Team Leaders are all volunteers therefore it may take them some time. If you would like to know if there is anything outstanding in your application, please email info@new-wine.org.
You will find out whether you have been successful or not on your team through an email from info@new-wine.org.
Team places are not guaranteed, as there are limited spaces and Team Leaders need to ensure that each team has the right balance of experience and ability. If you are not successful in your first choice of team, we will do our best to find you a place in another suitable team.
