You can't amend your team application after submission, however the staff team can, so please email us at info@new-wine.org with the changes for us to make.
If you need to change one of your referees, please email info@new-wine.org with the name of the person who can no longer act as your referee and the full name and email address of your new referee. We will change this and email them the reference form.
If you are replacing a referee, please ensure they have known you for 2+ years, aren't a family member or partner and are not applying for the same team at New Wine Festival 2026.
Furthermore, if you are replacing your Church Leadership/clinical referee, your new referee must also meet this requirement.
