When do volunteers need to arrive and depart?

You will need to arrive from 12pm on Monday 27th July. If you are travelling with family or sharing a lift, they will also be allowed to arrive with you. We would advise arriving before 4pm so that you have plenty of time to set up camp and settle in before team commissioning in the evening. You may also have a Team Briefing on this day and your Team Leader will confirm the timings closer to the festival.

You must be available to serve for the full duration of the festival until Sunday 2nd August. We ask that you support your team by helping to pack down your venue/team area after your final session. You can then depart from site after your venue/team area is packed down or before 11am on Monday 3rd August.
