Can I park next to my tent?

Cars are not permitted to be parked on the camping villages or next to tents, even for those with blue badge or accessilbe parking permits.

Whilst campers can drive onto the site to setup accommodation, our site is then car-free after Day 1 (Arrivals Day) and all cars need to be moved to the car parks before attending evening sessions. 

Cars will only be permitted back onsite during departure windows on Day 6 or after the event, driving under the site speed limit. 

Delegates aren’t permitted to drive around site at any other time for any reason, including accessibility. For those with mobility or additional needs, our Accessible Buggy Bus service operates throughout the event and can offer lifts to and from the central site.
