At our festival, everyone camping onsite is allocated a village. The entire camp site is split into 6 coloured zones, with numbered villages within each. Your village will be a colour and a number (for example, Blue 5). You will receive a map of the site at the same time as your village allocation so you can see where you'll be camping in relation to the rest of the site. Each village has a village host who will support you when you arrive, plan out your camping area and there for the duration of the festival.
On the booking form you're asked where you'd like to camp. If you would like to camp with a particular church, please select it when booking as we use this information to allocate villages. We will always camp you with the church you have selected.
In early July, the lead booker will receive an allocation email with their village. If you cannot find this email in your Inbox or Junk/Spam in the weeks before New Wine Festival, please get in touch with us by emailing info@new-wine.org. If someone else has made your booking for you (for example, you booked as a big group), please get in touch with them to find out your village in early July.
