Unfortunately, we have now sold out of electrical hook-ups for New Wine Festival 2026.
If you require an electrical hook-up for a medical reason or would not be able to attend without one, please email info@new-wine.org to discuss this further with us and complete an application form.
The deadline for medical EHU bursary applications was 1st June 2026. Any hook-up requests made after this point cannot be guaranteed.
Onsite electrical hook-ups (1x 16A camping hookup) were available at the point of booking on a first come first serve basis. Booking an electrical hook-up will mean that your camping group (and church if you have chosen one) are allocated a village on a part of the site that has an electrical supply. We will not be able to provide any electrical supply to you whilst onsite if it has not already been added to your booking.
If you have already booked and paid for a hook-up with us but are eligible for the medical bursary, the fee already paid may be able to be refunded so please get in touch with us.
Some further information regarding common uses of electricity onsite:
- The medical centre is open and staffed 24/7 and can securely store any medication that needs to be refrigerated. Refrigeration for medication does not meet our bursary criteria, but please reply to let us know if you’d like to use their fridge to store medication.
- There will be charging points in the village halls in each camping area for recharging things mobility scooters or phones/tablets, which are not eligible for a bursary under our criteria. We also recommend where possible bringing a spare battery or your own battery pack to charge here.
- Due to event risk assessments, charging mobility scooters on personal electric hook-ups is not permitted, due to increased fire risk from large lithium-ion batteries. Electric wheelchairs can be charged on personal electric hook-ups, but mobility scooters must only be charged in Village Halls.
