Can I change my camping church or link my church village to another church?

We are no longer able to amend camping churches or link churches together as our team are now allocating villages for the event. (The deadline for this is was 31st May 2026.) All attendees will be allocated the village/church selected at the point of booking.

Please note that if you have asked us to link two churches, we will do our best to ensure that linked churches are on the same village but due to church sizes, accessibility or electricity needs and limited locations, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

If you have previously been linked in the past at New Wine Festival, you MUST have still submitted a linked church request. We do not carry over linked church requests from previous years due to changes in churches, villages and delegates each year, so if you have not submitted a request we cannot link your churches for this year's event.
